An important step toward faster, smoother and more efficient government services in Bulacan is the passage of Provincial Ordinance No. 143, Series of 2026, or the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Champion Ordinance, co-authored by Bokal Arthur Andres Legaspi.
The ordinance seeks to introduce reforms in the delivery of public services by simplifying and streamlining government processes and reducing unnecessary steps and waiting time for people transacting with the Provincial Government.
Through these measures, residents and businesses seeking government services and documents are expected to have a more convenient and efficient experience.
The EODB Champion Ordinance reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to providing services that are more responsive, transparent and attuned to the needs of the Bulacan people.
Legaspi and his fellow provincial officials will continue to support policies aimed at making government services more efficient, accessible and responsive to everyone.
