BULACAN — Barangay Captain Orlando “Ato” Salvador will be honored with the Gawad Balangay Award in recognition of his steadfast dedication to public service, exemplary leadership, and commitment to building a stronger, safer, and more progressive community.
Through his passion for serving the people and his continuous efforts to uplift the lives of his constituents, Captain Salvador exemplifies the true spirit of leadership and public service.
The award will be formally presented during the Gawad Balangay Awards 2026, to be held at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Commissioned Officers Clubhouse, Tejeros Hall, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines, on August 15, 2026.
The Gawad Balangay Awards is a prestigious event that recognizes outstanding officials of Barangay Sta. Clara whose leadership and service have made significant and lasting contributions to their communities and to the nation.
This recognition reflects Captain Salvador’s unwavering dedication to public service. His commitment to serving Barangay Sta. Clara continues to inspire excellence in local governance and nation-building.
