STA. MARIA, Bulacan — Bulacan 6th District Congressman Ador Pleyto attended and delivered a message during the Liga ng mga Barangay Bulacan Chapter Meeting held at the Municipal Gymnasium in Sta. Maria, highlighting the importance of unity and cooperation among local government units.
The event was led by Sta. Maria ABC President Ging Ramos and ABC Federation President Bokal Fortunato Angeles, and gathered barangay officials from across the province.
Sta. Maria Mayor Omeng Ramos and Vice Governor Alex Castro also attended the meeting, where they shared messages of support and encouragement for barangay leaders.
Also present were municipal councilors of Sta. Maria, Chief of Police Lt. Col. Mark Sigua, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bulacan Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, and newly designated Police Provincial Director Col. Jay Baybayan, who paid a visit during the gathering.
Organizers said the meeting was attended by barangay chairpersons and representatives from 24 towns and cities in Bulacan, serving as part of continuing efforts to strengthen coordination between barangays, local governments, and the national government in delivering public services effectively and transparently to constituents. elmigo/
